Matt Means and Steve Linn are both members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Matt Means is a Certified Green Professional (CGP) by the NAHB, and is a founding member of the Green Building Council for Tulsa HBA. He recognizes the value of incorporating green building techniques and resources for improved efficiency, quality, and environmental impact; and thus, he integrates these techniques and resources as part of the LandMark building process. In 2008, LandMark Resources LLC joined the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in an effort to support and promote green building efforts within the Tulsa metro area.
Matt Means has also received the designation of Certified Graduate Builder by the NAHB. This designation requires builders to meet prescribed standards of practice, have a proven track record of successful project management, and uphold the NAHB Code of Ethics. Matt is one of only a few builders in the Tulsa area that has received this designation. In addition, Matt is also a Certified Professional Builder by the Oklahoma State HBA, a Licensed Professional Building Contractor by the City of Tulsa, and is Quality Construction Certified.
